You will probably be seeing a lot of different faces up front and in victory lane this year. Gone for 2000 are the top three in points from last year. Rick Sinnott has moved up to the Pro-Stock ranks, Alex Morris has at this time "retired", and Jim Zimmerman has moved up and will be piloting a sportsman this year. However, that does not mean it will be any easier in the street stock class this year. Shawn Parker has purchased the Rick Sinnott mount with title hopes in mind, Ken Washburn is re-tooling his car looking for that elusive crown, along with a host of others also looking towards the title. There are also a few drivers returning to the ranks this year. Former feature winner; Jesse Cotriss returns as well as Don Rap- Rapppleyea who purchased Cory Sawyers car. |
